Mid-term project with option for permanent employment
Scope of work:
Ensure the execution excellence in surface protection services utilizing best practices and state-of-the-art technology.
Improve operating process standards incl. work method statements, process description, material logistics, tooling, crew organisation and productivity targets. Develop and maintain skills matrix and training manuals for applicators.
Work together with regional and local experts during process optimization, process standards development, management and implementation thereof.
Support implementation of best practices on construction sites as a trainer on a global base, e.g. during pilot projects on construction sites.
Provide technical support for internal and external customers on request.
Conditions:
40h weekly (8h per day). Work in the office with possible work trips based on client's needs.
