Scott Rice

Scott was very active in numerous coatings and engineering-related committees and industry organizations, including NACE International, the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC), Transportation Research Board (TRB), and others.  He served as the NACE C-1 (coatings) Technology Coordinator (2008-2009) overseeing approximately 80 national standards writing and symposium developing committees.
