A single-package, air-drying coating based on epoxy modification of unsaturated fatty acids.
They cure by oxygen in the air reacting with the unsaturated bonds in the fatty acids. Compared
with alkyd coatings, epoxy ester coatings have better adhesion, and moisture and chemical
resistance.
