Is there military application particularly underwater and surface vessels and for that matter for aircraft? With a lamella of fluid,, air or water, is detection by radar or sonar enhanced or degraded?
On another different tack, selective drug delivery to tumors at the cellular and subcellular level should be an area of nanotechnology.
