The total of all particulate matter emitted into the ambient air as analyzed from samples collected using high-volume air monitors. The analysis is conducted in accordance with 40 CFR 50, Appendix B, “Reference Method for Determination of Suspended Particulate Matter Collected from Ambient Air.”
